Everything was perfect, excellent staff specifically staff working on reception (mustafa , beyza,irem,samet,enise) they all work very hard to plasent the guests delicious breakfast you can find all type of food in the open buffet specialy all types of eages and omlets, comfort beds large rooms very clean rooms ,location of the hotel was excellent, the housekeeping servis the best i ever seen, I highly recommend this hotel for both travelers solo and family, i thank every single employee in this hotel, wish everyone luck and success

Very excellent staff behaviour with the gust. Staff at reception especily Mr Emrah , he has excellent help forthe gust. .he works very hard to facilitate our stay in the hotel..he is very patient and respect his hotel guests.and he very helpful the guest.and also the hotel General Manager..Also I thanks all staff who take the car to the parking are very excellent.As Mr Sarhat Mr Fateh ,Mr Barkan ,,Mr Sarkan and other names I did not refer.i thanks for help me .

I chose gönen hotel bcz i know the place i leaved there a few years ago it is very clean and calm and the personel are excellent. I loved so so so much the location in front of star city outlet and with the new metro station "doğu sanai" wich make all the places near to you besides that it is near to a bus station and even the dolmüş pass in front of it thank you

The facility is a bit old, past already its glory days but: it has an AMAZING gym (all that you need and more) a swimming pool and a sauna (dry & wet).. Breakfast is very well served and with a great deal of food to chose from, it is probably one of the most well-rounded business hotels I like to stay in when in Turkey.

The staff very polite. They clean the room every day and the breakfast you find anything you like .

Staff is good and very high response .especially Mr Emrah,Noor aldeen,And Mr Sarhat And from the bell man Mr , Fateh.and Mr Brakat ,Hakan and finally I thanks the duty manager Mrs Aisha Gull who help us to change the room due to tawlet problems

Always nice to visit hotel… reception guys always help you to get nice room and suprise you with complimentary plate of fruit and cookies. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping always on your disposal. I will come again for my 8th visit … :)

All were good and met the expectations. I want to thank Firdes/Guest relation supervisor for her care and availability for any comment or request. She is so nice and very cooperative
